Seroxat Paroxetine Prozac Fluoxetine Side-effects: gastrointestinal symptoms, including nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea (which may be severe); abdominal pain, acid stomach, constipation, anorexia with weight loss, dry mouth, anxiety or drowsiness, tremor, palpitations, may cause a rash (if so, discontinue treatment), convulsions, fever; headache, tremor, insomnia, confusion, sweating, weakness,hypothermia, sexual dysfunction; occasionally, blood disorders, including lowered sodium and liver dysfunction. A hypersensitivity syndrome has been described involving symptoms in the skin and inflammation of inner organs. When used topically to the scalp, there may be itching and dermatitis. warning: it should not be administered to patients with phaeochromocytoma or porphyria.
